Background:

On December 3, 2024, the City of Manteca and 320 Airport Way, LLC, entered into an Improvement Agreement for the 320 Airport Way Subdivision, Tract 4165 (C2025-08) with the Estimated Total Cost of Improvements of $9,691,400.65.

 

The 320 Airport Way Subdivision improvement plans included widening N. Airport Way, constructing a new segment of Center Street, and installing frontage improvements, and were reflected in Schedule B of the Improvement Agreement.

 

During construction of the frontage improvements, repairs were needed to be made to a segment of the existing sanitary sewer force main in N. Airport Way.

 

Based on these changes, the amended SCHEDULE B, Section IV, is revised to include Airport Way Sanitary Sewer Force Main Reimbursement in the amount of $150,250.90.

 

Fiscal Impact:

In accordance with the Improvement Agreement for the 320 Airport Way Subdivision, Tract 4165 (C2025-08), the City will reimburse the Developer its costs for these repairs to the existing segment of the City’s sewer collection system.

 

By approving this Amendment No. 2, the total eligible reimbursement amount for the Undesignated Reserve Sewer Operations and Maintenance Fund (Fund 640) will include $150,250.90.
