title
Adopt a resolution approving a budget appropriation of $201,000 from the General Fund Fire Mutual Aid Reimbursement Revenue Account and amend the FY25 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for Radio Communications Infrastructure Upgrade (CIP No. 24009).

The department's participation in regional and statewide mutual aid operations has generated significant reimbursement revenue, which is now available to support this critical infrastructure investment.

In addition to approving the budget appropriation, the City Council is asked to approve an amendment to the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to reflect the revised funding allocation for CIP No. 24009.
