PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

A request for a one-year extension to previously approved Site Plan and Design Review entitlement (SPA 21-160), allowing for the development of 13 two-story attached townhomes. The proposed townhomes are 1,228 square feet with two bedrooms each. The site will contain 3 buildings.

 

There are no changes to the site design or project operations. Conditions of Approval have been revised to reflect current Department Policy. Revisions do not alter the site design or operations of the approved uses.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION:

The project is determined to be categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per section 15332, In-Fill Development Projects, of the CEQA Guidelines.
