APPLICANT: Mike Mora, C/O Oleander at Atherton

PROJECT LOCATION: 1602 and 1710 W. Atherton Drive (APNs 226-160-19 & 226-160-49)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The applicant for Site Plan and Design Review SPC-23-30 and Conditional User Permit UPJ-23-31 has submitted a request for one-year extension for the previously approved project. The project consists of two structures on opposite ends of the site. The eastern end of the site will contain an 82,009 sq ft bowling and family entertainment center. The western end of the site will contain a 54,090 sq ft banquet hall and events center. Parking will be shared, located between the two structures. The property is situated on the south side of West Atherton Drive, midway between South Airport Drive and South Union Road. The entitlement was originally approved by the Planning Commission on March 21, 2024.

This request for extension includes revised Conditions of Approval. These revisions reflect required changes in Fire Code and new Engineering Development Standards, Solid Waste, and Parks requirements. Conditions of approval have also been reformatted to align with the current Department policy. No site plan changes are required or proposed as a result of these amended conditions.
