Background:
Mario Serrano, a Manteca resident and longtime participant in the lowrider and car show community, recently earned the title of 2026 National Champion for Original 54 & Older Car of the Year at the Las Vegas Super Show with his 1953 Chevrolet Bel Air. Mr. Serrano has competed at car shows throughout California and across the country, earning numerous awards while representing the Manteca community. This Certificate of Recognition is presented in acknowledgement to his significant achievement and his contributions to the artistry and tradition of the lowrider community.
