Background:
This special meeting is intended to:
• Provide a status update on the FY 2025-26 Goals & Priorities Work Plan and highlight citywide accomplishments achieved in 2025.
• Present and prioritize departmental goals and actions for FY 2026-27.
Staff will return to Council at a later date for formal adoption of the FY 2026-27 Goals & Priorities Work Plan.

There is no fiscal impact associated with the adoption of this item.
