Approve an agreement with Granicus, LLC for a five (5) year term for an amount not-to-exceed $207,095.43 over the five year term and authorize the City Manager to sign.

Background:

On June 30, 2025, the three-year contract with Granicus, LLC is set to expire. The City of Manteca uses Granicus, LLC for multiple services that include but are not limited to agenda management, meeting streaming services, and GovDelivery for community outreach. On June 12, 2025, City staff received a five-year quote from Granicus, LLC to continue services for another five years. This is a sole-sourced contract due to compatibility and delivery date.

 

Staff recommends City Council approve an agreement with Granicus, LLC for a five-year term and authorize the City Manager to sign.

 

Fiscal Impact:

Funding for this contract is included in the Fiscal Year 2025- budget in the Information Technology (Fund 830).

 

There is no direct impact to the General Fund; however, internal service cost allocations or related processes may have an indirect effect over time.
