Adopt a resolution accepting a Grant Deed from Brocchini Family Partnership for 3,484 square feet of real property for right-of-way purposes and 2,667 square feet for a Public Utility Easement over a portion of 1532 S. Main Street (APN 224-040-03).

Background:
Per the Conditions of Approval for the Marketplace at Main Shopping Center, the Developer must install improvements along the S. Main Street frontage of 1532 S. Main Street including roadway paving, sidewalk, curb and gutter. The improvements are in accordance with the City’s adopted Transportation Public Facilities Implementation Plan.
To facilitate the installation of the frontage improvements and joint trench utilities, the Developer needed to acquire right-of-way and a Public Utility Easement, on the City’s behalf, from the owner of 1532 S. Main Street. The Developer worked with the property owner to obtain the needed right-of-way and the Public Utility Easement.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this item.
