Waive the second reading by substitution of the title and adopt an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Manteca, State of California, to pre-zone APNs 197-020-21, -22, -23, -41, -46, and -47, to the One-Family Dwelling (R-1) and Park (P) zoning districts and pre-zone APNs: 197-020-20, -29, -30, -35, and -36, to the One-Family Dwelling (R-1) zone district, located within the Union Ranch North Annexation Project.

Background:
The City Council waived the first reading by substitution of the title and introduced the ordinance at the Regular Council Meeting of April 15, 2025. If approved, this ordinance will be effective thirty days following the adoption.
Fiscal Impact:
No impact to general fund.
