PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Sonic Drive-Thru Project is a request for consideration of approval for a Site Plan and Design Review application to develop an undeveloped parcel encompassing approximately 1.75-acres with a 1,502 sq ft restaurant and a Minor Use Permit for the operation of a drive-thru. The project will include 22 parking spaces, site-wide lighting, landscaping, signs, and a trash enclosure to be developed in accordance with all applicable Municipal Code Development Standards.
