Recommendation:

Adopt a resolution accepting a Grant Deed from Meritage Homes of California, Inc. for a variable width right-of-way dedication over a portion of 2380 W. Yosemite Avenue located at the south side of the W. Yosemite Avenue and Swanson Road intersection for traffic signal infrastructure.

Background:
The conditional approval of the Villa Ticino West subdivision included a condition that a traffic signal be installed at the W. Yosemite Avenue/Swanson Road intersection.
Meritage Homes, the developer of Villa Ticino West Unit No. 8, is now dedicating to the City the underlying right-of-way for the traffic signal infrastructure.
Fiscal Impact:
There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
