Background:

The City Council waived the first reading by substitution and introduced the ordinance at the Regular Council Meeting of September 1, 2026. If approved this ordinance will be effective thirty (30) days following adoption.

Fiscal Impact:

Approval of the project has no direct fiscal impact on the City. If developed, the project is anticipated to generate additional property tax revenue, resulting in a positive fiscal impact to the City.
