Adopt a resolution approving the new classifications of Equipment Mechanic Assistant (part-time), Public Safety Dispatcher (part-time), IT Infrastructure Manager, and IT Support Services Manager; and approving the salary matrix for Part-Time Employees and the Mid-Manager Association (MMA).

Background:
The Parks Maintenance Division in Public Works has identified staffing needs to better manage workload demands. To address this, the Division is requesting the addition of a new job classification for a part-time Equipment Mechanic Assistant.
The Police Department has requested the addition of a part-time Police Dispatcher job classification that will assist the Dispatch Center on an as-needed basis.
The Information Technology (IT) Department has been working with IT Strategic Plan consultants regarding appropriate staffing to optimize operations. There are currently two (2) vacancies in the IT Department (IT Operations Manager and IT Systems Engineer II) in which the funding will be reallocated to fund the new IT Infrastructure Manager and IT Support Services Manager.
