Adopt a Resolution approving a budget appropriation in the Landscape Maintenance District Fund (Fund 280) Union Ranch East Landscape Maintenance District (LMD) No. 06-4 for $60,000 to repair and repaint both trellises on Clearwater Drive in the Union Ranch East Subdivision.

Background:
The LMD Maintenance Division of the Public Works Department is responsible for maintaining both trellises in the Union Ranch East Subdivision. The trellises are approximately 15 years old and in need of repairs and repainting due to their age and weathering.
Staff is requesting the transfer of funds from the reserves to perform the work which will improve the safety and overall appearance of the structure and decrease the amount of time and material staff spend on maintenance of the structure. Additionally, the work performed will prolong, preserve and sustain the trellises.
Fiscal Impact:
Staff recommends amending the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget by approving a budget appropriation of $60,000 in the Landscape Maintenance District Fund (Fund 280) Union Ranch East LMD No. 06-4. There is sufficient fund balance in the Union Ranch East LMD No. 06-4 for this expense.
