PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This application request entails a one-year extension for the Site Plan and Design Review (SPA-23-079) for the Waterfall Apartment located at 380 N. Airport Way, approved January 18, 2024.

 

The Project consists of a 24-unit apartment complex that includes one and two-bedroom apartments within a single, three-story structure. The development will also include a private patio area with picnic tables for outdoor dining for the residents, and 42 off-street parking spaces.

 

This extension request does not include any modifications or revisions to the approved site plan. The conditions of approval have been revised to include Fire Safety requirements per the City’s Fire Marshal.
