Background:

Per the Conditions of Approval for the Woodbridge Apartments, the Developer must dedicate a Water Main Maintenance and Emergency Vehicle Access (EVA) easement over the private roadway connecting Woodridge Apartments and N. Union Road.

 

The owners have worked with the City to prepare the required Grant of Easement documents and with this action City Council will be accepting the dedication.

 

Fiscal Impact:

There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
