Background:

The City Council waived the first reading by substitution of the title and introduced the ordinance at the Regular Council Meeting of December 2, 2025. If approved this ordinance will be effective thirty (30) days following adoption.

 

Fiscal Impact:

There is no direct cost to the City associated with adopting this ordinance.  Existing fees cover the costs for plan checks, permits, and inspections.  The proposed ordinance does not change existing fees.
