Background:

The City Council waived the first reading by substitution of the title and introduced the ordinance at the Regular Council Meeting of October 21, 2025. If approved, this ordinance will be effective thirty days following the adoption.

 

 

Fiscal Impact:

Adoption of this ordinance will not result in any direct cost to the City. The Building Safety Division’s existing plan check, permit, and inspection fees will continue to apply, and the proposed ordinance does not include or recommend any changes to those fees at this time.
