Adopt a resolution accepting a Grant Deed from Manteca Luxury Apartments for the dedication of 1,127 square feet of Right-of-Way and 1,183 square feet for a Public Utility Easement along the W. Lathrop Road frontage of 1279 W. Lathrop Road.

Background:
The Luxury Apartments project was conditionally approved by the Planning Commission on November 27, 2018. The project was conditioned to install a bus turnout along the W. Lathrop Road frontage of the project. The addition of the bus turnout required the dedication of right-of-way so the turnout would be in the City’s right-of-way, as well as dedication of a public utility easement that followed the new right-of-way dedication.
The W. Lathrop Road frontage of the project site at 1279 W. Lathrop Road already has the ultimate right-of-way dedicated and there is also an existing Public Utility Easement along the frontage of the site. Therefore, the dedications are only needed at the location of the bus turnout.
The owner of the Luxury Apartment site, Manteca Luxury Apartments, has worked with the City to properly lay out and dedicate 1,127 square feet of right-of-way and 1,183 square feet of Public Utility Easement at the bus turnout.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
