Background:
The City of Manteca ("City") last updated it's Storm Drain Master Plan ("SDMP") in 2013. A new comprehensive SDMP is needed to evaluate the current condition of the City's storm drainage system, identify system deficiencies, and planning for needed improvements to address the demands of growth identified in the 2043 General Plan.

The scope of work for the SDMP includes:

* Inventory and assessment of existing storm drain infrastructures
* Updates to the City's hydrologic and hydraulic models
* Updates to the French Camp Outlet Canal hydrologic and hydraulic models
* Identification of system deficiencies and recommended improvements
* Prioritization of recommended improvements

On June 19, 2025, City Staff released a Request for Proposals for professional design services to prepare SDMP on the City's website. The deadline to submit questions and/or inquiries was on July 10, 2025...
