Adopt a resolution accepting a Grant of Easement from Nunes Family Properties, LP for a 0.17-acre public utility easement along the N. Union Road and W. Lathrop Road frontage of the Woodbridge West Retail Center.

Background:

The site plan for the Woodbridge West Retail Center project was conditionally approved by City Council on March 3, 2022.  A condition of the project was that the owner must dedicate a ten-foot (10’) wide Public Utility Easement across the N. Union Road and W. Lathrop Road frontage of the Woodbridge West Retail Center.

 

The owner has worked with City staff to prepare the Grant of Easement documents and at this time is offering the required dedication to the City.

 

With this action, City Council will be accepting the Grant of Easement.

 

Fiscal Impact:

There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
