Adopt a resolution approving: 1) New and updated job classifications; 2) Salary Schedule Update for the Unrepresented Executive Management Group; 3) Salary Schedule Update for the Unrepresented Management/Confidential Employees' Unit; 4) Updated Unrepresented Executive Management Compensation Plan Document; 5) Updated Unrepresented Management/Confidential Employees' Unit Compensation Plan Document; and 6) Appropriations to fund the recommended changes.

Background:
Through the Fiscal Year 2025-26 mid-year budget process, the City has recommended a reorganization of work for Public Works Divisions, which includes the establishment of new job classifications in order to properly distribute the work and accomplish City goals.
Additionally, the Human Resources Department recommends the establishment of a new job classification of Senior Human Resources Analyst, for which an existing vacancy in the department will fund the reclassification of two (2) incumbents.
As part of the reorganization of work, the following job classifications are recommended to be approved by City Council.
