In March 2024, the City adopted the 2024 Wastewater Master Plan (WWMP). The WWMP identified the Central Trunk Sewer Project (Project), labeled as project WCS-06 in the WWMP, as a high priority project due to its location in the collection system, pipeline age, and risk of failure.
