Accept a Grant Deed for Right-of-Way Over a Portion of 2613 Pinarello Lane |

Adopt a resolution accepting a Grant Deed from Pillsbury Road Partners, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, for 133 square feet of real property for right-of-way purposes over a portion of 2613 Pinarello Lane (APN 226-670-04), located adjacent to S. Tinnin Road south of Hot Springs Drive.

Background:
As a Condition of Approval for the Griffin Park Subdivision, the Developer must install the frontage improvements along S. Tinnin Road including roadway paving, sidewalk, and curb and gutter. The frontage improvement installation is in accordance with the City’s adopted Transportation Public Facilities Implementation Plan.
To facilitate the installation of the frontage improvements around an existing electrical facility, the Developer needed to acquire right-of-way, on the City’s behalf, on the east side of S. Tinnin Road.
With this action City Council will accept the dedication from Pillsbury Road Partners, LLC, to facilitate installation of the frontage improvements.
Fiscal Impact:
There is no fiscal impact associated with this item.
