Background:

The City Council waived the first reading by substitution of the title and introduced the ordinance at the Regular Council Meeting of January 20, 2026. If approved this ordinance will be effective thirty (30) days following adoption.

 

Fiscal Impact:

No additional appropriations are required at this time. Costs related to updating and installing signage are expected to be minimal and will be absorbed within existing departmental operating budgets.
