Adopt a resolution accepting a Grant Deed from Anil Manhas and Karamjit Kaur Sran for 2,395 square feet of real property for right-of-way purposes at 285 S. Austin Road (APN 228-020-48).

Background:
Per the Conditions of Approval for the Yosemite Square residential development, the Developer must install improvements along the S. Austin Road frontage of 285 S. Austin Road including roadway paving, curb, gutter, and sidewalk. The improvements are in accordance with the City’s adopted Transportation Public Facilities Implementation Plan.
To facilitate the installation of the frontage improvements, the Developer needed to acquire right-of-way, on the City’s behalf, from the owners of 285 S. Austin Road. The Developer worked with the property owners to obtain the needed right-of-way.
Fiscal Impact:
There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
