Background Information:

The Project entails consideration of Site Plan and Design Review development application of a mixed-use development consisting of a five-story, 75’ tall, 164-unit apartment complex project with adjacent community building and leasing office, and a two-story eight-suite commercial building with associated parking, lighting and open space on a 4.56± acre site. Also requested is a Master Sign Program for the commercial component.

Staff requests that the public hearing be continued to allow sufficient time for City staff complete agenda packet material for the project.
