Adopt a resolution accepting a Grant of Easement from Manteca Trails, LLC for a 0.57-acre storm drain line easement along the W. Woodward Avenue frontage of 3460 W. Woodward Avenue.

Background:
The Trails of Manteca subdivision was conditioned to dedicate an easement for a storm drain line and appurtenances along the south side of Woodward Avenue. To continue the extension of the storm drain line, the Trails of Manteca subdivision owner is dedicating a 0.57-acre easement to use, construct, and maintain a sixty-six inch (66”) storm drain line and appurtenances.
The owner has worked with City staff to prepare the Grant of Easement documents and at this time is offering the required dedication to the City.
With this action, City Council will be accepting the Grant of Easement.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
