body

Background:

In 2015, the City of Manteca (City) collaborated with the San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) and Caltrans District 10 (Caltrans) to complete the project study report for the State Route 99/120 interchange project (Project). The project will add new auxiliary lanes, upgrade existing bridges, construct additional connector lanes, ramp upgrades, new signals, lighting, and will provide traffic congestion relief and improve operations of the interchange.

As part of the Project, Caltrans would acquire the Right-Of-Way (ROW) needed to build and/or widen the roadways.  The portions of ROW that falls within the City’s jurisdiction would be transferred to City.

City is required to pass a resolution for the Certificate of Acceptance for the following property:

APN: 228-060-28 Partial
