Background:
The City Council proudly recognizes the Never Forgotten-Memorial Day Commemoration Committee for its dedication, hard work, and commitment in making the 2026 Memorial Weekend Tribute a tremendous success.
Through countless hours of planning, coordination, and service before, during, and after the event, the Committee ensured a meaningful and memorable tribute for our community. The City Council extends its sincere appreciation to the Committee for working together to revive and deliver a cherished event that was greatly missed and warmly welcomed by the residents of Manteca.
