Adopt a resolution accepting Public Improvements for the Tinnin Road Offsite Improvements associated with the Griffin Park Subdivision; approving reduction of the Performance Bond; approving reduction of the Labor and Materials Bond six (6) months after the date of acceptance; and approving exoneration of the Warranty Bond twelve (12) months after the date of acceptance.

Background:
The City Council approved the Improvement Agreement for the Tinnin Road Offsite Improvements on June 20, 2023. These improvements are conditioned on the Griffin Park Subdivision. The estimated cost of the improvements is $3,463,134.15, as included in the Improvement Agreement.
The installed improvements include underground utilities, a sanitary sewer pump station, street pavement, street markings and street signage.
The public improvements for the Tinnin Road Offsite Improvements have been completed in accordance with the approved improvement plans. Refer to the attached memorandum from the City Construction Inspector (Attachment 2).
In accordance with the City of Manteca Municipal Code, the Performance Bond will be reduced from $20,557,747.71 to $17,094,613.56 upon acceptance of the improvements by City Council and submittal of a Warranty Bond. The Labor and Materials Bond will be reduced from $10,266,072.61 to $8,547,306.78 six (6) months after the date of acceptance if no claims have been received by the City for lack of payment.
