Adopt a resolution accepting a Grant Deed from Kirk R. Goudy and Donna Leann Goudy, husband and wife as joint tenants (Goudy), for 1,570 square feet of real property for right-of-way purposes over a portion of 1717 S. Main Street (APN 224-021-35).

Background:

Per a Condition of Approval for the Griffin Park Subdivision, the Developer must install the frontage improvements along 1717 S. Main Street including roadway paving, sidewalk, curb and gutter. The frontage improvement installation is in accordance with the City’s adopted Transportation Public Facilities Implementation Plan.

 

To facilitate the installation of the frontage improvements, the Developer needed to acquire right-of-way, on the City’s behalf, on the west side of S. Main Street to widen the existing right-of-way.

 

With this action City Council will accept the dedication from Goudy to facilitate installation of the frontage improvements.

 

Fiscal Impact:

There is no fiscal impact associated with this item.
