PROJECT DESCRIPTION

 

This Site Plan and Design Review Application is for a 264-unit, 100% affordable apartment complex project. The proposed project will include a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments within eight multi-unit three-story structures. See site plan (Figure 1). The 9.29± acre site will also feature a community center, pool, tot lot and public open space.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW

 

Pursuant to the findings within the project environmental study, the project is deemed to be exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), per Article 12 §15183, “Projects Consistent with a Community Plan, General Plan or Zoning”.
