Planning Commission continue a noticed public hearing for the Harmony Woods Annexation Project (ANX 24-49, PRZ 24-49, SDJ 24-49), located at 13815 South Airport Way, Manteca, CA (APN: 204-100-51), to the Planning Commission Regular Meeting of October 15, 2026.

Background Information:

The Harmony Wood Annexation Project  proposes the annexation of approximately 39 acres into the City of Manteca, a Prezone to the Single-Family Residential (R-1) zoning district, and a Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide the site for the development of 147 single-family residential lots and a centrally located park/storm drainage basin along the southern property line. An Environmental Checklist with findings for a “General Plan Consistency” exemption from further environmental review prepared for the project pursuant to Section 15183 of the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines  will also be considered.

Staff requests that the public hearing be continued to allow sufficient time for City staff and the Applicant/Developer to complete their review of all Project materials, including the staff reports, conditions of approval, and development agreement.
