Adopt a resolution accepting a Grant Deed and Grant of Easements from Patrick Laughlin, Ranjit Khagura, Ravinder Singh Thiara, Sureena Shalini Bains Thiara, Jinder S. Thiara, and Michelle L. Background:

Per the Conditions of Approval for the Manteca Storage, the Developer must dedicate right-of-way along the project’s W. Atherton Drive frontage for: the completion of improvements on W. Atherton Drive including roadway paving, sidewalk, curb and gutter, and landscaping; dedicate an Emergency Vehicle Access (EVA) easement over the entirety of the development’s private roadways to allow emergency service entry onto the property; and dedicate a waterline maintenance and access easement over the private roadway connecting Bella Terra Drive and W. Atherton Drive for waterline maintenance.

 

The owners have worked with the City to complete the required dedications and with this action City Council will be accepting the dedications.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
