Adopt a resolution accepting all improvements for the 2025 Annual Pavement Maintenance Project CIP ENG26001 (Diamond Oaks & Crivello Estates area, north of Louise Avenue and east of Cottage Avenue) as complete, authorizing the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion, and authorizing the City Manager or designee to complete and execute all associated documents, and take all appropriate actions necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of the resolution.

Background:
On July 30, 2025, City Council awarded the construction contract C2025-148 for the 2025 Annual Pavement Maintenance Project CIP ENG26001 (Project) to VSS International, Inc. (Contractor) in the amount of $1,061,211. and approved a construction contingency of $200,000. for a total not-to-exceed project cost of $1,261,211.

The Project was constructed in general conformance with the conformed plans and specifications.

The Project included two change orders totaling $8,825.83.

A summary of the change orders is as follows:

* Additional pavement crack seals and digouts identified in the field.
* Additional microsurfacing and cape seal areas identified in the field.
* Removal and replacement of additional sidewalk and striping.

The final project construction cost is $1,070,036.83 and the Contractor has signed the final payment certification, see Attachment 3.
