The revision to allowable uses assigned to specific buildings is consistent with the underlying base zoning of the parcels and does not introduce any new land uses not considered under the original entitlement. A rezone to memorialize the establishment of the Planned Development Overlay (PD) Zone District in concert with the existing Commercial Mixed Use (CMU) Zone District will also be considered.
