Approve an agreement with Granicus, LLC for a five (5) year term for an amount not-to-exceed $207,095.43 and authorize the City Manager to sign the agreement and any associated documents.

Background:

This item was originally presented and approved by the City Council on June 17, 2025. Since that time, the contractor has requested modifications, which have been reviewed and approved by staff, including the City Attorney and the Risk Division. Changes primarily clarify service terms, and include additional provisions related to licensing, data use, and indemnification. Staff now recommends that the City Council approve the updated contract with Granicus, LLC as presented.

The City of Manteca utilizes Granicus, LLC for a variety of services, including but not limited to agenda management, meeting streaming, and GovDelivery for community engagement.

 

Fiscal Impact:

Funding for this contract is included in the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget in Information Technology (Fund 830).
