Recommendation:

Adopt a resolution accepting a Grant Deed from Richard Quaresma et al for 17,121 square feet of right-of-way on 2793 S. Main Street, to comply with the Conditions of Approval for the Griffin Park subdivision.

Background:
In accordance with the Tentative Map and the conditioned improvements for the Griffin Park Subdivision project, the Developer is dedicating right-of-way to the City along S. Main Street. The dedication will widen S. Main Street, west of the centerline, to its Public Facilities Implementation Plan ultimate width of fifty-two feet (52’).
Fiscal Impact:
There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
