Adopt a resolution accepting a grant of Easement from 320 Airport Way LLC on assessor parcel numbers 200-350-17,200-350-32, 200-350-33 and 200-350-48 through 200-350-60 along the southwestern edge of the Manteca Golf Course for purposes of a golf ball easement.

Background:
In accordance with the Conditions of the Approval for the 320 Airport Way Subdivision, the developer, 320 Airport Way LLC. has dedicated to the City a 150’ wide golf ball easement. The City’s acceptance of this golf ball easement will release the City from liability due to errant golf balls as required for the development of the Yosemite Greens Subdivision. This easement is similar to the other developments adjacent to the Golf Course. 320 Airport Way subdivision was also conditioned to install a fifty five foot tall protective netting barrier along the entire edge of the development.
Fiscal Impact:
There is no fiscal impact associated with accepting this Grant of Easement.
