Recommendation:

Adopt a resolution approving the Improvement Agreement and Final Map for Yosemite Square Unit No. 1, Tract 3758; authorizing the City Manager to sign and take all necessary steps to effectuate the Agreement and authorizing the Mayor to sign the Final Map.

Background:
On March 21, 2023, the City Council conditionally approved the Yosemite Square Tentative Subdivision Map. The map proposed to subdivide 137.5 acres of land into 797 residential lots, 19.96 acres of open space and 6.74 acres of park land.
The Yosemite Square No. 1 Final Map will create 311 of the approved residential lots and install improvements valued at approximately $34,726,715.72.
Fiscal Impact:
There is not fiscal impact associated with this item. Once the improvements are accepted by the City, the maintenance of the infrastructure will be the City’s responsibility, which will be funded through the development’s participation in a community facilities district or other funding mechanism.
