body

Background:

On February 19, 2026, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the Site Plan Review (SPR25-15) and Conditional Use Permit (CUP25-15) for the Gateway Solar RV & Boat Storage Project (Project). The Project was conditioned to dedicate the north half of the right-of-way to widen Bronzan Road and additional right-of-way to construct a city standard turnaround cul-de-sac at the end of Bronzan Road.  Improvements include the construction of the north half widening of Bronzan Road to a 60-foot right-of-way standard, a 50-foot radius turnaround cul-de-sac, storm drainage improvements, installation of curb, gutter, and sidewalk, and streetlights.

The work to install these improvements is valued at $234,085.

Fiscal Impact:

There is no fiscal impact associated with this item. Once the improvements are accepted by the City, the maintenance of the infrastructure will be the City’s responsibility, which will be funded through the development’s participation in a community facilities district or other funding mechanism.
