Adopt a resolution accepting a Grant of Easement from JBS Prepared Foods, Inc. for a variable width easement over a portion of 2427 W. Yosemite Avenue located at the northwest corner of W. Yosemite Avenue and Swanson Road.

Background:
The conditional approval of the Villa Ticino West subdivision included a condition that a traffic signal be installed at the W. Yosemite Avenue/Swanson Road intersection.
Meritage Homes, the developer of Villa Ticino West Unit No. 8, worked with the adjacent property owner, JBS Prepared Foods, Inc., to obtain the necessary easement over the corner of their property at 2427 W. Yosemite Avenue. The easement allows access to maintain the traffic signal infrastructure going forward.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
