PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The City of Manteca's five-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) identifieds a list of capital projects over a five-year period. Currently, city staff is working towards the completion of the CIP as part of the budget process, specifically for Fiscal Years 2026/27 through 2030/31.

Pursuant to California Government Code ?65401 and California Government Code ?65103(c), the Planning Commission is required to review the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and report to the City Council on whether proposed public works projects are consistent with the adopted General Plan. The CIP serves as the City's primary implementation tool for funding and constructing infrastructure needed to support planned land uses, circulation, public facilities, and community services.
