PROJECT LOCATION: 682 S Main Street

 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The proposed project will include construction of an approximately 50,000-square-foot police department building and approximately 5,000-square-foot police storage building, as well as associated site improvements on the southern 5.77 acres of the 8.07-acre site. The northern 2.3 acres of the project site is reserved for future development. 

 

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION:

The Project is exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Section 15183 of the CEQA Guidelines.
