Accept A Grant of Easement From Woodbridge West Retail Center |

Adopt a resolution accepting a Grant of Easement for a 0.87-acre water line easement from Nunes Family Properties, LP within the Woodbridge West Retail Center at the northwest corner of N. Union Road and W. Lathrop Road.

Background:
The site plan for the Woodbridge West Retail Center project was conditionally approved by City Council on March 3, 2022. A condition of the project was the owner must dedicate a twenty-foot (20’) wide Water Line Easement over an eight-inch (8’) water line and appurtenances within the project, to be used and maintained by the City.
The owner has worked with City staff to prepare the Grant of Easement documents and at this time is offering the required dedication to the City.
With this action, City Council will be accepting the Grant of Easement.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
