Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Griffin Structures for an amount of $227,800 and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the agreement.

Background:
This item originally appeared on the City Council agenda of June 3, 2025. The Council approved the item, since then, the contractor has requested a few minor changes. It is staff’s recommendation that Council approve the contract with Giffin Structures as presented.
Fiscal Impact:
No fiscal impact as Council took action at the last meeting to appropriate $227,800 from the Fire Facilities Fees (Fund 530) reserves to fund the contract, with sufficient funds available in the reserves.
There is no General Fund impact.
