PROJECT LOCATION: 2064 N. Union Road (APN 216-020-01)

 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

A request for a one- year extension for a  previously approved Site Plan and Design Review entitlement (SPC 22-07) and Minor Use Permit entitlement (UPN 22-08), allowing for the development of a 6,816-square-foot Auto Zone auto parts store and a 5,200-square-foot Circle K convenience store with a 12-pump gas station.

There are no changes to the site design or project operations. Conditions of Approval have been revised to reflect current Department Policy. Revisions do not alter the site design or operations of the approved uses.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION:

This project is determined to be categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15332, In-Fill Development Projects, of the CEQA Guidelines
