Adopt a resolution accepting a Grant Deed from KLLB AIV LLC for the 4.88-acre Captain Tom Moore Park at 1905 Enchantment Drive within The Trails of Manteca subdivision.

Background:
The Captain Tom Moore Park (Park) is the first completed park within The Trails of Manteca subdivision. The Park was inadvertently left off the adjacent Final Maps and therefore the land needs to be dedicated to the City.
With this action, the Park land will be dedicated to the City.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
