Background:

 

On June 6, 2024, the Manteca Planning Commission held a Public Hearing and adopted Planning Commission Resolution No. 1658 which approved the Tentative Parcel Map, Site Plan, and Design Review Application for a 122-room Woodspring Suites hotel.

 

The site totals 18.39 acres of vacant land, located at 1450 S. Airport Way, on the northeast corner of S. Airport Way and W. Atherton Drive. This Parcel Map creates four commercial parcels ranging in size from 0.21 acres to 11.02 acres. The Woodspring Suites hotel will be located on Parcel 2 (2.38 acres). In accordance with the Conditions of Approval for the Tentative Parcel Map, the owners are offering a ten foot (10’) wide public utility easement along a portion of the W. Atherton Drive frontage.

 

 

Fiscal Impact:

 

There is no fiscal impact with approval of this parcel map.
